Emma and Martyn’s destination wedding on the southern coast of Rhodes, Greece, was a breathtaking celebration that blended bohemian beach vibes with elegant garden-style touches. With the couple’s English and Australian heritage, the wedding was designed to feel relaxed yet luxurious, set against the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. The beach ceremony featured the sea as a stunning backdrop, while sunset-inspired colors of peach and purple adorned the florals, creating a romantic and warm atmosphere.

Golden Apple Weddings curated the event with meticulous attention to detail. The design incorporated natural wood and gold accents, rustic wooden chairs, and pergolas with hanging chandeliers and greenery, which together brought a sophisticated boho aesthetic. Floral arrangements included peach and purple roses, enhancing the sunset-inspired palette and complementing the seaside setting. Guests were welcomed with thoughtfully designed escort cards and favors, including olive oil bottles and small evil eyes, reflecting Mediterranean traditions.

The reception seamlessly extended the beach-to-garden concept, with a long wooden bridal table featuring low statement centerpieces, gold candlesticks, and dusty blue napkins, surrounded by guest tables under fairy lights. Signature cocktails and a relaxed golden-hour cocktail hour allowed guests to fully enjoy the ocean views and intimate celebration, while the carefully curated décor created an immersive experience of elegance, warmth, and bohemian charm.
