Timeline
A wedding day goes by in a flash, that is why Golden Apple is apt to provide our couples with a Detailed Timeline that encompasses every step of the process, from the day you arrive before the wedding to the day(s) after your celebration. Wedding programs are not only meant for your guests but for you to enjoy a streamlined, hassle free experience.
Onsite Coordination
We create comprehensive timelines for your rehearsal and wedding day, including the ceremony and receptions. We will closely attend to your etiquette for family matters, whilst coordinating your ceremony on site. We are always there to confirm call times and details with all your vendors several days prior to your wedding day, remind your parties of all the pertinent call times and important stages on your day, and act as the liaison between your band/DJ, florists, entertainers, photographers, videographers and stage managers to create a seamless production. We deliver and arrange ceremony programs, escort cards, place cards, favors and personal items, coordinate the lineup, the reception and the ceremony.
